"The FIBRE testbed is as research facility constructed in the scope of a project funded by the 2010 Brazil-EU Coordinated Call in ICT. The project itself finished in October 2014. In 2015 the Brazilian member institutions took over FIBRE’s legacy infrastructure to start offering the testbed as a service. A new governance model, admission rules, policies and service operation processes had to be created. This presentation will share this experience with the new EU-Brazil coordinated projects."
