Considered one of the most renowned consultant in the areas of Cybersecurity and Cyber Defence, Cloud Computing Security, Cryptography applied at Counterintelligence and Espionage on Internet. Ph.D. in Information Security, at Royal Holloway, University of London, with an M.Sc. in Computer Science at UNICAMP and extension in Systems Analysis at PUC - Rio, Paulo Pagliusi is CEO of MPSafe CyberSecurity Awareness.



Vice-President of Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) - Brazil Chapter and Research Director of Rio Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Chapter, active author and asked lecturer, having performed talks in over 200 events at home and abroad. During his career in the Navy, he has reached the rank of Captain, has directed two organizations, and was chief of staff in a number of cybersecurity systems projects, having founded the Cryptology Division at CASNAV (Center of Analysis of Naval Systems). He has two international certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM, issued by ISACA) and BS7799 Lead Auditor (issued by DNV).

Winner of the 8th Innovation Competition at the Brazilian Federal Public Administration, has received the 5th Prize "Creme of    Professional Information Security".
